Our Mission
AI-powered support for caregivers and professionals. Built on evidence and designed so that no one gets left behind.
The Beginning
Phoenix Monolith was built for people navigating neurodiversity, along with the caregivers and professionals who support them. We make space for all forms of neurodiversity, not just the ones most people have heard of, like Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia. Both caregivers and professionals deserve better information, better tools, and support that meets them where they are.
For many families, getting a diagnosis or starting treatment can take years. That wait often uses up the early window when support matters most. Caregivers spend that time searching for answers on their own, while clinicians who could help often lack the tools to reach more families at once.
During that wait, families look for help wherever they can find it: short videos, online forums, and social groups where answers are plentiful but inconsistent, leaving families searching for a reliable place to start.
Phoenix Monolith is there before professional support begins, during it, and long after it ends. We provide support grounded in real evidence, any time and from any place. We are the safety net for families who have no local services nearby, for caregivers whose insurance has run out, and for anyone who cannot afford to pay out of pocket.
Most professionals in this field did not choose this work to spend their evenings on documentation. SOAP notes, prior authorizations, and progress reports routinely eat into hours that are unpaid and pull time away from the people who need them most. That weight builds over years, and it sits behind a lot of the burnout that takes good people out of this field entirely. We built our tools around that reality, designing around the way clinical work actually happens. We are not here to replace what professionals do. We are here to give them their hours back so they can reach more families without running themselves into the ground.
Phoenix Monolith was built on one conviction: the right support, at the right moment, changes everything. We use technology to close the gap, not replace those who are absolutely vital to the mission.

Neurodiversity at Our Core
We are unapologetically neurodiversity-affirming. Every decision we make starts there.
Different ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world are not deficits to be corrected. They are variations to be understood, supported, and celebrated. That principle is not a feature of our tools. It is their foundation.
We design for the edges. Not as an accommodation, but as a conviction: when we design for those who have been hardest to reach, we build something better for everyone.
How Different Brains See the World
Visual illusions reveal how the brain processes context, motion, and global form. Research shows that autistic and dyslexic individuals often perceive these illusions differently, not as a deficit but as a different weighting of local versus global information.

What We Stand For
The principles that guide every decision we make.

Privacy First
Your data belongs to you. We take no cookies and run no tracking algorithms. HIPAA and GDPR compliance is not a checkbox. It is the architecture.
Human-Centered
AI that works for you. We take no referral fees and carry no affiliate products. We will not use your circumstances to market things to you.
Evidence-Based
Our knowledge engine draws from half a million research-grade publications. Every response is grounded in and traceable to the scientific literature.
Accessibility
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is the floor, not the ceiling. We design for the full spectrum of cognitive and sensory experience. Our users demand it and our mission requires it.
Our Ten-Year Horizon

We are building for a future where a caregiver in rural Texas and one in Nairobi have access to the same quality of evidence-grounded neurodiversity support, in their language, on their device, at the moment they need it. Where professionals have infrastructure equal to their expertise. Where the combination of human judgment and AI capability produces outcomes neither could reach alone.
This is not a sprint. Neurodiversity support is deeply personal, culturally specific, and consequential. We approach this work with the humility it demands, knowing that trust in this space takes years to build. We are in it past the horizon and beyond.
