Who We Serve
For the families navigating neurodiversity and the professionals who support them.
The Caregiver
What It Actually Takes
Raising or supporting a neurodivergent family member means becoming an expert in something no one trained you for. IEPs, behavioral support plans, therapy waitlists, insurance appeals, medication decisions, and the research to understand all of it, fall on families who are already giving everything they have.
We build tools that carry some of that weight. Not by replacing what only a person can give, but by making the complexity more manageable so caregivers can be present for the moments that matter.
Stories We Hear
“I've spent three years advocating for my son's IEP. Every annual review feels like starting the conversation from scratch. I need someone in my corner who actually knows the research.”
“My daughter was diagnosed at five. I'm trying to understand six years of neurodevelopmental literature in six months, while still being her mom.”
Evidence at Your Level
Half a million research-grade publications distilled into answers that make sense without a clinical degree.
Time Back
Research, coordination, and documentation handled so you can reclaim hours for the people you love.
Clarity When It's Hard
When the system is confusing and the stakes are high, you deserve answers grounded in evidence.
The Professional
Tools Equal to Your Expertise
BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, developmental pediatricians, and psychologists carry significant caseloads, navigate complex evidence bases, and face documentation demands that compress the time available for the work they trained for.
We build tools that amplify what professionals already bring. Clinical expertise and AI capability work in concert. Not replacing professional judgment. Extending its reach.
Voices from the Field
“I have between fifteen and twenty families on my caseload at any given time. Each one deserves a research deep-dive I don't always have time for. I need something that helps me get there faster without cutting corners.”
“The evidence base for AAC interventions is moving faster than I can track on my own. I spend my weekends reading just to stay current. There has to be a better way.”
Clinical Decision Support
Charybdis-backed insights from peer-reviewed literature, surfaced in the context of your practice.
Research Without the Burden
Stay current with the evidence base relevant to your caseload, curated, summarized, and ready when you need it.
Documentation, Faster
Spend more time on the work that requires your expertise. Less on the paperwork that doesn't.
Where We Serve
Global Reach, Local Impact
Neurodiversity does not follow borders. Families navigating Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Learning Differences live everywhere: in cities with long waitlists, in rural areas with no local services at all, and in communities where support in their language has never existed.
Phoenix Monolith reaches across all of it. Our tools work in 200+ languages, including many that are globally underserved. Every family gets the same quality of information and support, regardless of where they live or what they can afford.
200+ Languages
Responses translated after generation, covering 200+ languages including many that are globally underserved.
No Local Services Required
Families in rural and underserved areas get the same evidence-based support as those in major metro centers.
All Neurodiversity
Not autism only. Every form of neurodiversity, including those most commonly overlooked.
Why We Built This
The knowledge to support neurodivergent families exists. We built Phoenix Monolith to make it accessible to everyone who needs it.
Caregivers are the primary families, coordinators, guardians, and decision makers for those in need. They navigate complex systems, interpret clinical recommendations, and carry an information burden no one prepares them for. They deserve answers that augment their understanding, tools that make them sharper advocates, not replacements for the professionals they work alongside.
Professionals deserve tools equal to their expertise. BCBAs, clinicians, and educators carry significant caseloads against fast-moving evidence bases and documentation demands that steadily compress the time available for the work they trained for. Burnout in this field is not incidental — it is structural. We built for their efficiency, their sustainability, and their capacity to show up fully for every family they serve.
What We're Not
Some things are not up for debate.
Not a Medical Provider
Phoenix Monolith is an educational application. We give you access to evidence-based information so you can understand, advocate, and make better decisions. We do not diagnose. We do not prescribe. We do not replace the clinicians, therapists, and specialists who do that work. If you need a professional, we will help you find one. We will not pretend to be one.
Your Data Is Not a Product
No cookies. No tracking. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or feed it into external algorithms. Your information exists to serve you inside Phoenix Monolith. That is the only use it has. We built our infrastructure this way from the start. It was not an afterthought and it is not subject to change.
No Predatory Marketing. Ever.
Neurodivergent families are a known target for exploitative products. MLM schemes. Supplements sold without evidence, often by other parents who are also just trying to get by. These products lean on the idea that you are missing something, that the right purchase will unlock your child's potential. They cost money families cannot spare and they trade on hope that has already been stretched thin. We will never carry their advertising. We will never take their revenue. This platform will not be used that way.
